in Dartmouth, luxury apartments in Kingswear and big country houses with swimming pools.
We provide the 5 star service these properties need to ensure their maximum potential is met within the holiday lettings industry.
We like the houses we look after to look inviting on arrival with flowers and a set table ready for the new arrivals.

We unlike a lot of our competitors oversee all of the houses we currently look after, meaning that we will check the standard of each clean ensuring quality every time.
We have very close working relationships with all of our owners, ensuring that they know their property is in safe hands.
We offer spring cleans to all of our owners at the beginning of each season, and refresher cleans to spruce the house up if it has been left for a while. If you are letting a property through a letting agent we will liaise with the agent on bookings.

Linen Hire
Linen and towel sets can be hired from us for your guests . It is crisp white 50/50 percale bed linen, in any house which requires our 5 star changeover service we will make the beds for your guests arrival.
