We have found that some properties have the need for meeting guests on arrival.
We will make contact before arrival and liaise with them to meet them at the property.
We will show them around the property (show them how things work if necessary) and hand them the keys.
This is a very good service, it gives the personal touch, our representative is in uniform and we find that it makes people feel special and puts a face to the people behind the scenes. They will be more comfortable calling us if any problems arise.

This service means that keys don't need to be left anywhere, or sent through the post. It is also needed to add to a 5 star rating in certain cirtaincircumstances.
