We will when taking on your property, place in the house our contact details, in a frame so it can be seen.
If any issues arise the guests will be able to contact us. We will endeavour to sort out
the problem over the telephone at no extra charge.
We do have our own handyman available and we do work in close contact with all of the local tradesman and so will be able to sort out any problems with little disruption to paying guests. (Local trade rates will vary)
Owners would be informed if any major problem that needs addressing, we would not set out to do any work before contacting the owner.
